We are flipping over our core espresso, and returning to a familiar set of faces. From the Niameg family and their Londrina farm we have this Estrela lot. It may not have a gold label this time, but it is still a winner to us. Full of yellow fruits, caramel and chocolate and a little cane sugar, it makes an all round easy going coffee to brew over any method.
