Finca Hartmann is a family run farm located in Santa Clara, Panama. The family is passionate about working together with the land, without destroying it. Allan Hartmann is renowned for his work with fermentation and processing. This particular coffee comes from the "Special Process" section of the Finca, where the cherries are subject to a strictly controlled process of fermentation, pulping and natural drying in shade covered beds.
