It is most assuredly Colombia season. With that in mind we have another banger of a coffee for you with an unusual processing technique. Louis Calderon has Anaerobically fermented this lot before then finishing the processing like a washed coffee. The mixture of the two methods has resulted in a cup full of all the good red things in life. Red apples, Pomegranate and Berry all courtesy of some zealous enzymes and the watchful care of the Vila Betulia staff.
