Indonesia: Team Pegasing
Returning for a third time, we have this beautiful coffee from Team Pegasing in Indonesia. Although the flavour profile of this coffee has evolved over time, it still leaves us blown away every year.
Both the farm and washing station belong to Hendra and his family. Their mission is to produce experimental processed coffee in an area that is well know for conventional wet hulled coffee. The result is a complex and flavourful cup, the likes of which are rare in this area.
Expect to taste an extremely fruit forward and sweet coffee, with notes of Cherry, Papaya and sweet Fudge.
