Volcanic origin, altitude, latitude: all the conditions to grow Arabica at a world-class standard.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis Honey lot is fermented in whole cherry before being pulped and slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a layered and expressive coffee that balances fruit sweetness with structure and depth.
