With this product you will be able to purchase coffee which has been part of our early quality process. Coffee we have worked with during profiling, or coffee that we really liked but opted to go in a different direction. For a number of reasons we didnt proceed with this coffee or it had a slightly different roast character to our choice as our final production roast.

Normally we keep all this coffee for our use or seasoning of new equipment however recently there has been just too much to use and this avoids it going to waste.  Therefore closing the waste loop.

The 350g bags will be shipped in a recyclable/biodegradable bag and small envelope to further reduce our footprint. 

*Coffee beans part of the Alpha Brew collection are the result of the design process that we perform to create our main flagship coffee line. As a result, the beans found in this collection may perform differently on home brewing equipment than our main collection.
