Currently there are delays across all mail and courier services. While we are not responsible for delivery after the couriers have received the package we will aim to keep you updated on any delays. 

We reccomend the 18th of December for all last Royal mail deliveries to arrive before Christmas

Deliveries up to 5kg

 

We use Royal Mail 48 and 24 which aim to deliver items within this time frame on working days including Saturdays. This is not a guarantee but a target. You will be sent a reference number upon dispatch which will show if delivery has been attempted. 

Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch with us at: info@papercupcoffee.co.uk if your order has not been delivered within 7 working days of receiving your order email.

Subscriptions

 

Subscriptions are posted using Royal Mail 48, second class, they aim to deliver items the third working day after posting including Saturdays, with a small minority taking up to 7 working days. This is not a guarantee but a target.
