A project comprising of around 75 growers or small holders, this has been a long term relationship with our lovely importing partner Cofinet, that has been able to produce such an excellent and year on year consistent coffee.

High altitudes, excellent picking and washing processes with a swift 5-7 day dry time leaves us with a wonderfully sweet and clean coffee that still retains a complex profile.
