Rolling onto our next Kenyan offering, we selected something versatile. We wanted to showcase a great washed African coffee that can works as filter and a more expressive espresso. We founds that Hanner's washed C lot did just that.
We find it has a pop of grape backed up by that classic berry note in an SL28 and a lovely soft sweet and clean finish.
Mukunga Estate is owned and operated by Hanner Wanjiku Mukunga, a farmer in Kiambu county. The estate’s high altitude of 1,850 to 1,880 meters above sea level creates the ideal conditions for cultivating high quality coffee. Hanner complements these conditions with a focus on quality-oriented processing.

Being a C graded graded coffee the bean is smaller so for all brew methods we recommend a little coarser grind and faster brew. adjust your normal recipe to taste afterwards.
