This wonderful example of a traditional washed Colombia is grown and produced by the Nasa Wesx community of Gaitania in Tolima. An indigenous community in Colombia that work tirelessly each year to grow coffee in harmony with the local environment. This coffee, like all of the coffee produced by the Nasa Wesx community is grown to a certified organic standard.

Expect a sweet, vibrant and full bodied coffee with notes of apricot, peach, lingonberry and caramel.

Brew Comments:
Brews quickly in hard water. For a brighter coffee brew slightly faster than your usual recipe. For a much more chocolate based coffee brew a little longer and heavier.
