We're very happy to present School Cake, a pink bourbon varietal grown by the San Agustin producers in the Huila mountains in Colombia. This coffee has undergone extensive processing involving a fruit starter, innovative fermentations procedures and multiple drying methods. This all results in a highly sweet and well rounded cup.

Expect a sweet cup with notes of Vanilla cake and candy.
