These Lips Don't Lie is a lip smacking, full bodied, sweet coffee that will have you refilling your cup before you're halfway through your current one. With notes of dried cherry, pineapple and dark chocolate, this coffee is a warming comfort amidst the change in seasons.
This coffee hails from Herly Urquia's farm, Finca Caviflor in the Montecillos region of Honduras. This 20 hectare farm has 18 hectares planted in coffee, while the rest is planted with oranges, bananas, and Strawberries. This farm is known for its abundance of wild birds; specifically a very high population of hummingbirds. It is common occurrence to see them around all the coffee and other fruits.

Brew Recipes:
This coffee is really flexible. Extract a little shorter and less for a big pop of cherry and pineapple or lean into a longer extraction for more cooked fruit and chocolate feels. Will work on espresso after 3 weeks.
