This Halloween, we're bringing a sweet twist to your coffee routine with Toffee Apple — a hauntingly delicious washed coffee from Colombia. Expect a sweet red apple front end followed by the rich sweetness of toffee to finish. All the joy of a caramel-coated apple... without the sticky mess! 

A project comprising of around 75 growers or small holders, this has been a long term relationship with our lovely importing partner Cofinet, that has been able to produce such an excellent and year on year consistent coffee. High altitudes, excellent picking and washing processes with a swift 5-7 day dry time leaves us with a wonderfully sweet and clean coffee that still retains a complex profile.

Recommended brew recipe:
V60 - 18g coffee, 250g of water for a 2 minute 30 second brew using 99* water and the Scott Rao Method
Espresso - 17g-38g in 30s at 8 bar with 96* water.
